Begging
Begging allows you to approach NPCs (particularly vendors) and beg for money. They may give you a handful of gold, if they have any. To use the skill, activate the skill from the skill list and target the NPC. You must look poor and unthreatening - nothing in your hands, no mount, etc.
Repeated usage of the begging skill will train the skill to 100; there is no need to change strategy as your skill increases.
The begging skill has very little use these days. Much more useful is the "irl" begging skill - asking players for things.
